bty DSO Management OPC(Thinqbetter) is an administrative support office for dental offices based in the United States (U.S.). We work directly with U.S. dental offices that are associated with us. We are not just an outsourcing company; instead, we work directly with them in Muntinlupa City. We are looking for individuals who aspire to be better than yesterday and are committed to learning and growing every day.

We are seeking a highly competent and motivated Call Center Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role as an administrative support for dental offices based in the U.S.



Php 30,
  • 00- Php 35,000.00 per month inclusive night differential and allowances

    (Frequent salary raise up to Php 40,000-70,000 upon performance/promotion)

Bachelors degree

Proficient in using Google Suite ( Gmail, Google Docs and Google sheets)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English

Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

Prior experience in BPO is a plus.

With good interpersonal skills, work attitude and moral character.

Innovative, multi-tasking, ethical and has good interpersonal skills

Willing to work beyond office hours and even during weekends and holidays.

Amenable to work onsite in MUNTINLUPA CITY

Night Shift

<Duties and Responsibilities>
  • Administrative Support:

Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.

Manage patient records and update information as needed.

Verify insurance information and obtain necessary authorizations.

Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.

  • Billing and Coding:

Prepare and submit insurance claims electronically or by paper.

Review patient accounts for accuracy and completeness.

Ensure proper coding of procedures and diagnoses.

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues.

Follow up on unpaid claims and appeals, if necessary.

Maintain knowledge of current dental coding and billing regulations.

Collect co-payments, deductibles, and outstanding balances from patients.

Process payments and provide receipts.

  • Financial Transactions:

Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for review.

Coordinate with financial institutions for any banking-related tasks.

  • Patient Communication:

Communicate with patients regarding billing inquiries and payment plans.

Provide clear explanations of billing statements and insurance coverage.

Address patient concerns and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
