We are looking for
Customer Sales Representatives with the following qualifications:
- Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply
Must have 1 year of BPO experience, including a solid 6 months of upselling experience- Candidate should be comfortable doing virtual assistance
Good to excellent communication skills
- Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City and McKinley Taguig
Can start as soon as possible
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer clients queries professionally to understand about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.- Make sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit customer needs.
Examine clients issues, analyze information gathered using appropriate method to draw possible solutions.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Able to juggle different work activities, shifting attention from one task to another and meet the performance target.- Engage in active listening and respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
Show a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues, offering assistance when needed and promoting a positive team environment.
