Qualifications- Must be atleast 2 years college level
Must have atleast 6 months experience as a CSR in a BPO industry- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Can speak in any dialect or Bisaya, Hiligaynon, Ilocano is a PLUS
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Must be amenable to work onsite (Gilmore, Quezon City)

- Duties and Responsibilities
Answer clients queries professionally to understand about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services
- Examine clients issues, analyze information gathered using appropriate method to draw possible solutions
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.- Able to juggle different work activities, shifting attention from one task to another and meet the performance target
Engage in active listening and respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
- Show a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues, offering assistance when needed and promoting a positive team environment
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks and documentation
