Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from gamers regarding account issues, technical support, and gameplay inquiries.- Provide assistance with account creation, login issues, and password resets.
Troubleshoot technical problems with gaming platforms, software, and hardware.
- Guide customers through gameplay mechanics, features, and settings.
Assist with billing inquiries, refund requests, and account security concerns.
