Job Description

Overview:
  • Qualification representatives are proficiently trained and officially accredited to deliver outstanding customer support via phone communication. This role entails embodying the company's voice and consistently upholding enthusiasm, optimism, politeness, dedication, and professionalism in assisting customers in their journey to secure loan approval. The role also involves establishing credibility and fostering a positive relationship with customers. It's important to note that we do not engage in telemarketing. Instead, we specialize in aiding customers who are calling us and proactively contacting potential clients to help them secure their payday loan approvals.


  • Prior Experience:

At least 6 months BPO Experience

At least SHS Graduate

Financial services background is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
