On Site/Night Shift

bty DSO Management OPC(Thinqbetter) is an administrative support office for dental offices based in the United States (U.S.). We work directly with U.S. dental offices that are associated with us. We are not just an outsourcing company; instead, we work directly with them in Muntinlupa City. We are looking for individuals who aspire to be better than yesterday and are committed to learning and growing every day.

We are seeking a highly competent and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role as an administrative support for dental offices based in the U.S.

<Salary>

Starting Php 35,
  • 00 per month inclusive night differential and allowances

    (Frequent salary raise up to Php 40,000-70,000 upon performance/promotion)
Bachelors degree
  • Proficient in using Google Suite ( Gmail, Google Docs and Google sheets)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Prior experience in BPO is a plus.
  • With good interpersonal skills, work attitude and moral character.
Innovative, multi-tasking, ethical and has good interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work beyond office hours and even during weekends and holidays.
Night Shift

<Duties and Responsibilities>
  • Administrative Support:
Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
Manage patient records and update information as needed.
  • Verify insurance information and obtain necessary authorizations.
Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Patient Communication:
Communicate with patients regarding billing inquiries and payment plans.
  • Provide clear explanations of billing statements and insurance coverage.
Address patient concerns and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
