Job Responsibilities:
1. Answer customer calls and provide satisfactory answers and solutions.
2. Handle and solve customer complaints and problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Record customer questions and feedback, and make corresponding records and reports in a timely manner.
4. Give customers information and suggestions about products, services or policies.
5. Provide pre-sales and after-sales support according to customer needs.
Job Requirements:
1. Have good communication and expression skills, and be able to communicate in English fluently.
2. Strong learning and understanding ability, willing to learn relevant knowledge in this industry.
3. Have the ability to be patient and willing to listen to customer problems, and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Possess good telephone response skills, such as politeness, care, patience, etc.
5. Possess teamwork spirit and be able to cooperate with team members to provide assistance and support.
6. Have good computer operation and keyboard input ability, and can use office software quickly and effectively.
7. Possess relevant industry knowledge or product knowledge, be able to provide professional services and answer customer questions.
8. Relevant customer service work experience is preferred.
