Conduct in-house and on-site calibration of measuring instrument.

Use various software, such as spreadsheets, statistical tools and graphics packages to assembles, manipulate and/or format data and reports.
Prepares calibration certificates.
Confer with supervisor and other technical workers to assists with equipment installation, maintenance and repair techniques.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and intermediate check to ensure that measurement standards and equipment continue to run smoothly, operate efficiently and the physical condition does not deteriorate.
Disassemble and reassemble instruments and equipment using hand tools and inspects instrument and equipment's for defects. Dismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective parts using hoist, cranes, hand tools and power tools and reassemble.
Repair and replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools and reassemble equipment.
Modify performance and operations of component pants and circuitry to specifications using tests equipment's and precision instruments.
Inspect, operate and test machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions
Record maintenance and repair work performed.
Provide additional administrative support to other areas of the business as and when required such as delivery and collection.
