Assists cafeteria manager and supervises and coordinates activities of Cafeteria staff engaged in receiving, storing, preparing, cooking, and serving food and billing of customers. Implements food safety practices.

- Implements and follows all guidelines on safety, food production, food specification, and service.
- Records daily production of food and inventories all food supplies.

- JOB REQUIREMENTS / COMPETENCIES
- At least a College graduate.
- Basic food-handling skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect.- Proficient in using computers, point-of-sale software, and electronic food production records.
Two years of experience in electronic food production records, inventory systems, and point of sale software.
- Two years of experience in food service.
- WORKING CONDITION EXPERIENCE:
- Exposed to slippery floors, hot/cold temperatures in the kitchen, production and dining areas.
