  • JOB SUMMARY

Assists cafeteria manager and supervises and coordinates activities of Cafeteria staff engaged in receiving, storing, preparing, cooking, and serving food and billing of customers. Implements food safety practices.
  • KEY FUNCTION(S)

  • Supervises and evaluates food assistant workers and develops work schedules.

  • Supervises and coordinates activities of workers who prepare, cook, serve

    _Quality and Patient Safety:_

    Zero rate of food borne illness

    Positive customer feedback 90% food, clean premises, collect money, operate POS systems, and wash dishware.

    Operational Excellence: Timely delivery of patient's meals 100%

  • Implements and follows all guidelines on safety, food production, food specification, and service.

  • Records daily production of food and inventories all food supplies.

  • Manages the cash register which includes counting and recording all daily

    Financial Viability:


    Meet budget allocation

    Food Cost 60% transactions.

  • Completes all assigned daily records and documentation, including cash deposit slips, cash reports, edits check worksheets, and other paperwork Performs other duties as assigned by an appropriate administrator or their
  • People Management, empowerment, and safety:

100% attendance to required trainings

Updated annual requirements representative.
  • OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts briefing of cafeteria staff.

  • Attends meetings.
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS / COMPETENCIES
  • At least a College graduate.
  • Basic food-handling skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect.
  • Proficient in using computers, point-of-sale software, and electronic food production records.
Two years of experience in electronic food production records, inventory systems, and point of sale software.
  • Two years of experience in food service.
  • WORKING CONDITION EXPERIENCE:
  • Exposed to slippery floors, hot/cold temperatures in the kitchen, production and dining areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
