Responsibilities:- Supervise the performance of all rank and file positions reporting directly to them.
Develop associates through coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback.- Oversee merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet profit goals.
Maintain high-level inventory awareness and implement effective control measures.
- Mediate and provide immediate solutions for customer complaints or concerns.
Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times.- Check schedules of rank and file employees to maximize their utilization.
Optimize staffing levels to meet customer demand and operational requirements.
- Regularly coordinate with the Store Manager and Operations Manager for store improvements.
Work with other departments to provide necessary reports and ensure smooth operations.- Conduct regular Performance Enhancement Program (PEP) talks and meetings with subordinates.
Foster a motivated and results-driven team culture.
- Utilize coffee making expertise to ensure high-quality beverage offerings.
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management or any related course
- At least 5 years of experience as a Cafe Manager in the Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent industry.
Proven track record as a motivator and leader.- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on results.
Demonstrated high level of inventory awareness and maintenance.
