Job Description
- Conduct technical assessments of project requirements and generate technical
reports and recommendations.
- Provide a breakdown of materials with complete specifications needed for project requirements and initiate requests for material purchase.
- Monitor project progress in Engineering Works such as drawing preparation, material take-off, and purchase request of materials to attain completion within a committed timeframe.
- Provide and generate conceptual drawings and design proposals for new project requirements.
- Conduct research and design calculations to assure the correctness of product specifications and identify solutions to improve design qualities.
- Supervise draftsmen through the drawing detailing phase to ensure alignment with the proposed design and the correctness of dimensions. 7. Attends kick-off meetings to determine the scope and scale of projects. Traveling
to job sites and gathering information on actual site conditions to verify details and
factors necessary for project executions.
- Conduct post-project reviews on design specifications and generate reports of design revisions to improve identical subsequent requirements.
- Qualification
- At least 2 years of internship or professional experience in Technical or Design Engineering.
- Experience in design calculation, material take-off and project cost estimations.
- Open for fresh graduates with good academic and licensure examination ratings.
Skill Requirements
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS office software.
- Great technical and logical skills to study, recognize the need for, and design requirements. Great problem-solving skills. Able to understand complex design problems, conduct root-cause failure analyses, and anticipate design issues to implement timely solutions.
- Good communication skills both, written and oral. Able to communicate design concepts and provide status updates to people with varied backgrounds. And good writing skills for precise and decent technical reports, manuals, documentations and communication.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
