The Management Trainee Program is the premium leadership program of the company. The rigorous 6-month classroom and on-the-job training are designed to equip high potential individuals and graduates with skills and knowledge essential to be a leader. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with no more than 3 years of experience with excellent academic records & extra-curricular achievements and has held key positions in an organization

With strong academic background.

• Amenable to report in Sta. Maria, Bulacan and Quezon City

A graduate of BS Civil Engineering or BS Industrial Engineering courses

• Candidates who will be part of the program will receive a competitive monthly compensation and will have the opportunity to learn from industry leaders and experts
