The Role
The Cadet Engineer will support the planning, design, and execution of construction and real estate development projects. This entry-level position involves learning and assisting in various engineering tasks, including site inspections, project management, quality control, and coordination with contractors and other teams.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
- Passed the Engineering Licensure Examination is a plus.
- Fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of experience in construction, real estate, or a related industry are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Willing to be assigned in Malolos, Bulacan office/site.
