The Cadet Engineers will go through a 6-month cadetship program where he/she will be exposed to different areas of the company and its business units to learn the technical process about equipment (heavy equipment and generator sets). He/she will learn technical competence in the field of process engineering, corrective & preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques among others, through a combination of formal classroom training and hands-on field exposure.
- Familiarization and hands on with equipment (heavy equipment and generators) and its monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Familiarization and utilization of appropriate operational forms for documentation purposes.- Exposure to field works (site visits); ensures that all sites are being visited by technical group periodically
Bachelor's degree in EngineeringFresh graduates
are welcome to apply Strong academic record with a passion for engineering and innovation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferably a licensed engineer but not required- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
