STANDARDS QUALIFICATIONS:_
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture
At least one (1) year technical work experience as a CADD Operator in a construction company
- Knowledge of engineering practices and methods
Ability to read and understand construction plans- Knowledge of/skills in basic algebra and geometry used in calculating figures and amounts
Knowledge of/skills in CAD software such as CW CAD, AutoDesk, Sketch Up-Proficient
- Knowledge of/skills in MS Office-Basic
Attention to detail- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, an advantage
Verbal and written communication skills-Intermediate
- Professional attitude and appearance
