Must be Architecture/Engineering graduate- Knowledgeable with the latest Autocadd release, proficient in drafting works and technical detailing has an understanding in basic design codes and standards (basic level). Skilled in operating CADD, MS Word and spreadsheet software and be able to execute quality control and safety standards.
With at least 2-3 years work experience in construction industry
JOB DESCRIPTION
1) Studies the plans, specifications, contract and the Bill of Quantities for purpose of shop drawing and detailing
2) Prepares shop drawings for temporary facilities, steel reinforcement, form works and other drawings that may be needed as attachment to letters, presentations, reports, work methodologies and submittals
3) Ensures that the drawings are updated and current and inform the Head office Engineer, Project Superintendent and Project in Charge in case there are changes.
4) Updates plans and drawings as part of the As Built Drawings based on actual site conditions.
5) Prepares other graphical documents that may be requested by the head Office Engineers, Project Superintendent or Project In Charge.
6) Supervises the work load and work schedule of all CADD Operators.
