- Advanced skills in Auto CAD, 3D Max, Adobe photoshop and other related applications is required
With experience in HVAC industry- Make decisions based on designs
With strong problem-solving skills
With good communication skills both oral and written- Firm grasp of mathematics, engineering, and industry information
JOB DESCRIPTION:- Prepares manual / CADD drawings as required for purposes of presentation, securing permits / licenses, construction, shop and as-built drawings.
Conducts site verification or inspection to determine if installation or work execution is based on plan drawing
- Interprets project briefs and meeting with clients and engineers to ensure all blueprints and technical drawings are completed to specifications
Pick-up standard drawings and then draw / revise plan drawings based on site condition.- Ensures drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles.
Remains professional when feedback is delivered
- Implements any changes to drafts as soon as possible
Compiles all drawings for future references- Performs other related work as required
