QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's or College Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural or Interior Design.
Proficient in numbers, quantification, accuracy, and completeness of work- Computer literate and knowledgeable in operating CAD software.
Organized, Systematic and has keen eye to details.
- With good verbal and written communication skills.
Preferably with minimum on-site construction exposure.- Willing to work in longer hours.
- GENERAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Mainly prepares as-built plans for the designated Project Site.- Responsible for preparation of design concepts, images, and materials for project presentation.
Communicates with contractors and all project personnel for client's requirements and project progress.
- Performs CAD drawings for engineering and structural designs. Proposes designs and drawings.
Plots the final engineering drawing using standard format.- Liaises with engineers in producing CAD drawings.
Produces sections and details to demonstrate practical installations.
- Maintains and stores CAD drawings efficiently.
Keeps directory of drawings up to date and documented.- Prepares and submits reports and documents required by the Management.
Performs other management mandated functions.
