JOB SPECIFICATION- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Architecture or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Paraaque City.- Must be knowledgeable in SketchUp and 3D rendering software.
Skills in Revit and Photoshop are an advantage but not required.

- JOB DESCRIPTION /DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, perspectives, and written specifications.
Assists the Architect in preparing architectural plans, elevations, sections, perspectives, details and written specification.- Process plotting and blueprinting orders.
Assist in archiving physical and digital documents
- Visiting sites, collecting information, determining limitations and feasibility of designs.
Communicate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.- Conducting research when required.
