Qualifications- Certificate or degree in Drafting Technology (excellence in architectural drafting a plus)
1-2 yr job experience preferred- Great attitude, engaging and willing to continuously develop skills and firm standards
Results focused, hardworking and with great eye to detail
- Must be located in Metro Manila and willing to work in Makati office
Software capability:
Mac OS SketchUp, LayOut & AutoCAD (required)

Mac OS rendering software and Adobe Photoshop (a plus, not required)_
Interprets site information into 2D CAD- Does 3D exterior/interior models based on plans provided
Assists the designers in construction drawing requirements (plans, elevations, details, etc)
- Will do site measurements/visits as needed
Required - Pls attach sample works of 2D CAD drawings in PDF format.
If available - Pls also attach 3D models/renderings in JPG/PDF.
