PRINCIPAL PURPOSE
The CAD (Computer Aided Design) Operator handles detailed drawings of building alterations, constructions and
update of machines including plans, section and elevations while ensuring engineering standard compliance to
statutory building codes are met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (POSITION KRA/TECHNICAL COMPETENCY)
Administrative Management
- 1 Coordinates closely with the Project Manager for other matters that directly impact the task, reports,
and project deadlines to ensure timely completion of work.
- 2 Sees to it that the project is implemented according to plans, specifications or according to the
requirement by the end-user.
- 3 Conducts site inspection, punch listing, and hand-over of projects.
- 4 Attends to structural design review and participate in Project Team meetings.
CAD Specialist
- 1 Responsible for keeping of electronic files related to Project Management Office.
- 2 Maintains, updates and safe keeps all as-built drawings in e-file and hard copies.
- 3 Ensures AutoCAD editing/review of architectural and engineering plans.
- 4 Handles conversion of old (printed copy) as-built drawings to CAD if CAD files are not
available.
- 5 Prepares engineering drawings manually and on CAD System, which may involve limited
design, to establish complete and accurate data necessary in building and renovation of
office, laboratory, and other facilities.
- 6 Gathers supporting data and prepares detailed maps of institutional property which show
dimensions and specifications of building, water lines, sewers, drains, and related
information.
- 7 Prepares detailed layout, assembly, and working drawings; files and indexes drawings.
3 Other Responsibilities
- 1 Participates in Quality Improvement and Safety-related activities.
- 2 Performs all other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:
- At least a graduate of any four (4) year degree course.
- Graduate of Drafting CAD two (2) years course is an advantage
WORK EXPERIENCE:
1 At least two (2) years work experience

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php14,400.00 per month
