I. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE GENERAL FUNCTION OF THE JOBThe CADD Operator prepares plans and drawings based on equations, calculations and written instructions provided by the architects, designers or engineers taking in consideration actual site conditions provided by the field personnel.
- II. QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture
At least one (1) year technical work experience as a CADD Operator in a construction company
Knowledge of engineering practices and methods
Ability to read and understand construction plans
Knowledge of/skills in basic algebra and geometry used in calculating figures and amounts
Knowledge of/skills in CAD software such as CW CAD, AutoDesk, Sketch Up-Proficient
Knowledge of/skills in MS Office- Basic
Attention to detail
Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, an advantage
Verbal and written communication skills-Intermediate
Professional attitude and appearance
