JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare units that are scheduled for viewing and acceptance.
- In charge of dealing with clients/ buyers as far as the turn-over of units is concerned from their unit inspection up to the acceptance.
- Ensure that the unit to be inspected by the buyers are qualified for turn-over prior to the buyer's viewing and acceptance. This includes preparation of units in terms of cleanliness, completeness & functionality.
- Prepare and provide turn-over reports and other related submittals.
- Coordinate & properly endorse unit buyers to Property Admin.
- Answer emails and calls relative to turn-over concerns.
- Monitor & ensure that the process of QTOP is undertaken properly.
- Other tasks that may be required from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism/Hospitality/Real Estate Management/Mass Communication or any related course.
- With experience in customer service or other related work.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
