Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare units that are scheduled for viewing and acceptance.
  • In charge of dealing with clients/ buyers as far as the turn-over of units is concerned from their unit inspection up to the acceptance.
  • Ensure that the unit to be inspected by the buyers are qualified for turn-over prior to the buyer's viewing and acceptance. This includes preparation of units in terms of cleanliness, completeness & functionality.
  • Prepare and provide turn-over reports and other related submittals.
  • Coordinate & properly endorse unit buyers to Property Admin.
  • Answer emails and calls relative to turn-over concerns.
  • Monitor & ensure that the process of QTOP is undertaken properly.
  • Other tasks that may be required from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism/Hospitality/Real Estate Management/Mass Communication or any related course.
  • With experience in customer service or other related work.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Strong communication skills.
