JOB OBJECTIVE
Re-order merchandise to maintain ideal stock position at all times while staying within the established weeks supply.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages local inventories and manage items per directed weeks supply by Department Buyer
- Issues Purchase Orders on a timely basis
- Tracks order to make sure items make on-time delivery
- Communicates with Buyer/Category Buyer problems with vendors and particular SKUs
- Maintains professional relationship with all vendors
- Ensures that all claims and support from vendors are collected on a timely basis thru STS
- Communicates to Operations items that are to be returned to vendors
- Manages cost and price change as directed by Buyer/Category Buyer
- Monitors merchandise expiry dates
- Communicates promotional activities with Operations team
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably graduate of Business course
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Detailed and organized
- Ability to work well with others
- Works well under pressure
- Must be trustworthy
- 1 year of same level experience in Retail industry is an advantage
- Willing to work in Magallanes, Makati from Mondays to Fridays
- Can start ASAP
