Description:- Responsible in selecting, cutting, slicing of carcasses into wholesale and retail cuts and in providing quality meat products and service to customers.
Must possess at least High School Diploma or an Associate Degree in any field.
- Preferably at least 5 months experience in meat cutting and in operating band saw, grinder, and slicer.
Must be customer service oriented.
