Job Description

Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls.
  • Trained at butcher's tools and equipment such as knives, meat slicers, poultry cutter machine.
Knowledgeable in the standards cuttings
  • Must know the knowledge in transformation cuts.
Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment and ensuring displays, garnishing. and signage are accurate and attractive.
  • Should know to convert primal to fancy cuts at minimal shrinkage.
Performing the process of preparing marinated mixes.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Head Chef
* Can start ASAP
