JOB TITLE: BUSINESS UNIT LEAD Coordinates with drivers and helpers to address concerns about delivery requirements.
- Ensures that the trip status of trucks, drivers, and helpers is accurate.
Engage in helping to resolve salary complaints from drivers and helpers.- Supervise execution plans for meeting the delivery schedule.
Supervise and ensures that the newly hired drivers and helpers are in place.
- In charge of final checking the attendance of drivers and helpers.
Generates capacity report every 10am, 3pm, 6pm and 10pm.- Supervise and checks loading sequence for new and balance order requirements.
Ensure that any outstanding Salaysay regarding the incident is completed.
- Supervises/In control of flagging delivery issues that the driver encounters or reports.
Checks the monitoring of drivers and helpers if the trucks are moving in or out of the garage.- Appoints new deployment lineups.
Appoints truck and driver line-ups for accreditation.
Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably in Business Management, Industrial Engineering.
- With at least three (3) years of supervisory and logistics and supply chain-related experience is preferred.
Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications.- With excellent organizational skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- With excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to anticipate and solve problems.- Ability to meet deadlines.
Hard working, reliable and trustworthy.
- Ability to work under pressure.
