Duties and Responsibilities:
- Incorporate company procedures and policies in operations of business unit
- Monitor, review project activities and ensure completion within schedule time
- Reviews, adds to Key Account Manager proposed online marketing strategies
- Communicate and build strong relationships with principal and platform counterparts
- Manage unit overhead cost by maximizing the potential of members
- Initial approval of members schedules
- Explore, analyze market trends to help account online performance
- Communicate with co-managers for applicable strategies and best practices
- Coordinate with marketing team to develop, implement plans to further brands online
- Create harmonious working environment
- Train, mentor staff, motivate members to perform efficiently.
- Work on requirements provided by directors
- Align strategies and plans with the company's long and short-term goals, and cascade them to the team
- Guide the team towards hitting brand and company sales target and goals
- Implement a returns management process
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Finance/Accounting or Business Management or any related field
- Two to five years work-related experience in financial, business management fields or E-Commerce industry
- Fostering cooperation among individuals and departments in the areas of sharing resources and information and working together to accomplish group goals.
- Exhibiting effective listening skills and superb communication skills
- Understanding and meeting the needs of all customers as well addressing the concerns of organization stakeholders
