- GLOBAL BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION SPECIALIST / BUSINESS ANALYST

We are looking for a _Global Business Transformation Specialist / Business Analyst _to be part of our team.
He/She is responsible for supporting the system development plans and directives of the company by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements, performing user acceptance testing (UAT), spearheading end-user training, and collecting feedback.
He/She will work closely with the executive team, project team, development team, and other business stakeholders in making sure that all development requirements are met within expected timelines.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
He/She shall perform duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:
System Development
Collaborate with business stakeholders, executives, and project team to gather, analyze, and identify business and system requirements.
Produce detailed functional, non-functional, and technical requirement documentations that can be handed over to the development team for implementation.
Establish testing plans and acceptance criteria for the specified requirements and collaborate closely with the development team to ensure that all specifications are understood and implemented within expectations.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and other quality assurance efforts to ensure that all features / functions are released within the acceptance criteria and that no issues or bugs are released to the end-users.
Create and communicate release plans to/for the stakeholders and prepare release notes, system guide, and training materials for the end-users.
Facilitate training/rollouts and provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users.
Collect and analyze end-user feedback and spearhead other post-implementation activities to ensure continuous improvement and great customer experience, while meeting business objectives.
Project Management
Provide project management support on system development and team projects as necessary, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule, risks are identified and addressed, and communication flows smoothly between stakeholders.
Operational Excellence and other Duties
Other related duties as may be assigned to support specific business needs
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or any related field.
At least two (2) years of experience as Business Analyst of a system development project.
Strong background in creating system documentation and conducting user acceptance testing.
Project Management experience is a plus.
Experience in the BPO industry is preferred but not required.
Demonstrated the ability to effectively communicate and elicit cooperation across the functional organization units.
Excellent business acumen, service orientation and organization skills, including reporting and analysis, presentation skills, time management, planning and the ability to manage multiple priorities at any given time.
A customer-focused mindset and the ability to deliver short-term and long-term solutions.
Undisputed integrity, reliability, professionalism, and maturity, even in uncertain situations.
Able and willing to work on a mid-shift or any other schedule as required.
Willing to work on a hybrid setup up and the site is at Tower 1 Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas
