Position: Business Transformation Associate
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Mandaluyong City & Taguig City
Salary: Php 50,000 above
Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays
Work set up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree holder
Has at least 3 years of work experience in Business Excellence, Business Transformation, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement under Finance and Accounting field.
With at least 1 year of work experience in Led and Value Stream mapping activity
With work experience in BPO Company or any related industry
Amenable to work onsite
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To facilitate process improvement and assist business owners in improving existing process performance through analysis, experience and employee input in a project environment
To build and deliver Operational/Delivery Excellence training and coach on business excellence principles
To assist organization in the creation, monitoring, measurement and analysis of standardized processes
To provide support/input to weekly and/or monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and review meetings
To implement strategic quality direction into operational guidelines and practices and support ongoing expansion of the quality culture across the organization
