About the Role:
As a Business Team Leader at STS (ShopUsToSave), you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our organization. The Business Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of business professionals. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the company's business objectives and strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating and developing the team, ensuring high-quality output, and driving business growth.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team skills and capabilities.
Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high performance and meet goals.- Manage team performance, including setting expectations, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the business team, ensuring efficient and effective execution of tasks.
Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.- Develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and expectations.- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality services to clients.
Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage team budgets and track expenses.
Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost savings.- Prepare financial reports and analysis as required.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Generate leads and close deals.
Contribute to the development of the company's overall business strategy.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
At least 5 experience in a senior management role, preferably in a consulting or business services environment.- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Has experience in Business Development
Financial acumen with a track record of effective budget management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.- Proficiency in business software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
