Business Systems Analyst (Risk Management)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understanding and developing detailed requirements and documentation such as user stories, process maps and data flows
• Creating, executing and documenting test scripts
• Analyzing large volumes of data and supporting data remediation activities
• Working closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify and deliver pragmatic system solutions
• Planning and coordinating system changes and releases end-to-end with close involvement in the delivery of the change
• Providing user support and training to support change management and other BAU activities as necessary

Qualifications:

• Experience inRisk and ComplianceorRisk Managementis required
• Business Analysis and Business Process skills
• Strong analytical skills, and effective communication skills
• Strong background in Business Systems Analysis
• Ability to gather and document business requirements
• Experience in conducting data analysis
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with GRC systems such as OpenPages, MetricStream or Archer would be ideal
• ERP or Workflow management systems experience would also be considered
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 5 years experience as a functional business analyst for development projects.
• Amenable to 1 year contract
