Business Systems Analyst

Description:

Responsibilities:

Usually involved in the initiation stage of a project. Helps the IT and BU articulate functional and non-functional requirements. Coordinates with other SMEs to understand how and if a requirement can be delivered.
Collaborate with business stakeholders in BDO to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
Translate business requirements Dynamics 365 solutions & processes.
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where existing system configuration does not meet business needs.
Design and document Dynamics 365 solutions that meet business requirements.
Identify and resolve issues and defects during the testing phase.
Ensure that solutions meet performance standards.
Work with functional teams to deliver training for end-users and IT staff on Dynamics 365 functionalities and best practices.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365-related issues.
Identify opportunities for process and system improvements

Skills:

Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center module.
Be familiar with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
