JOB DESCRIPTION - Position/Job Title : Business Support Specialist
This role handles end-to-end procedures for our fast-paced franchise group. As a Business Support Specialist, you will be accountable for executing workflows to support business performance and ensuring smooth operation of various business processes and systems. Your responsibilities include:
Assisting in the onboarding and support of new franchise business launches, including preparing legal documents aligned with the franchise code of conduct.
Recording data to ensure business operating systems have accurate, complete, and reliable data.
Collaborating with team members in sales, accounting, operations, and marketing to integrate your role into the business strategy.

CRM Management:
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all Zoho CRM modules, including franchise locations, deals, accounts, vendors, and products.
Regularly update and maintain CRM records.
Manage CRM integrations efficiently.
Franchisee Support & Onboarding:
Handle incoming customer support requests via calls, emails, and tickets. Resolve issues promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate franchisee onboarding projects.
Facilitate smooth integration of new franchisees into existing systems.
Project Management:
Oversee and track active projects using Zoho or similar project management tools. Monitor project progress, identify delays, and proactively address issues to meet timelines.
Knowledge Base (KB) Management:
Create and maintain KB articles to document processes and procedures. Utilize KB articles for customer support training and internal reference.
Calendar and Event Management:
Efficiently manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across various time zones.
Organize and complete offline and online franchisor-sponsored events. Administrative Support:
Draft correspondence, manage rental machine processes, and assist with franchise agreement documentation.
Assist with operations and administrative tasks assigned by the team lead. Qualifications:
High attention to detail and ability to complete projects to a high standard and deadline.
Graduate of any relevant course
With at last 2 years experience in relevant field such as operations, franchising, and/or BPO industry
A great communicator, both written and verbal.
A strong eye for detail; You understand the little things matter and don't let things slip through the cracks easily.
A sense of urgency; You work quickly and efficiently in order to maximize your time. An ability to prioritise multiple competing tasks accordingly.
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
You're decisive; you understand that we need to move quickly and that starts by making decisions, owning them and iterating when required.
Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe Suite.
