Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Business Support Coordinator provides support to the operations team ensuring that information flows effectively and that resources are employed efficiently throughout the business. He/she provides advanced administrative support to the team, coordinates with clients for service delivery needs.
  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides administrative support in document management, documentation, encoding, warehousing, coordination and general office administration
  • Responsible for coordinating service requests and ensuring client satisfaction
Responds to customer calls, inquiries and complaints regarding business and service requests based on standard operating procedures and/or on advice from the Operations team
  • Calls every new client to welcome them and to confirm service schedules before processing
Contacts all clients within 3 days following a feedback, complaint or service request to check their satisfaction with the service provided
  • Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and service requests o Sends service notification emails to clients
Immediately attends to any problem or complaints of internal clients
  • Creates and submits accurate, organized and on-time service reports
Participates in weekly team meetings to update, plan and strategize
  • Maintains a constant professional working relationship with all the client's personnel
  • QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree
  • Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply
At least 1-3 years work experience in Operations Support, Administrative function or similar
  • Experience in Integrated Pest Management an advantage
Ability to adapt to the work environment of Professional Cleaning, Pest Management and Environmental Solutions
  • Proficient in Google applications
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge in administrative work, reports creation and basic data analysis
Must be able to work long hours and work shifting schedules, which may include work during holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17,
  • 00 - Php19,000.00 per month
