Responsibilities
The Facility Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe, functional, and efficient work environment for the business organization. She will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that all client's assets are in proper working order, and responding to any customer issues that arise. She will also manage the following:
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the facility
- Monitoring the daily cleaning consumables and toiletries
- Managing cafeteria consumables
- Managing housekeeping and messenger day-to-day operation
- Handles room reservation/booking
- Support during calamities
- Dealing with JLL and client's Vendor as well as the Landlord
- Building good rapport with the client and it's stakeholders
- Additional support for the Facilities Manager
She must have a strong organizational skills, attention to details, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
