Responsible and Accountable for the service delivery of contractual SOW, SLA & KPI for Soft Services

Responsible and Accountable for the development of account specific Playbook for Soft Services (Housekeeping, General Pest Control, Indoor plants mgmt., Inventory mgmt., Cafeteria vendor oversight, Reception services, Meeting room management, Help Desk Work Order system)

Responsible and Accountable for the Financial operations compliance (budget VS forecast, AR & AP), S&P contract administration and vendor performance management

A workplace experience enabler

A workplace Health & Safety enable
