Monthly Reports/MMR's to be updated after being approved by FM and OM
Site Governance
And other documentation as may be required by management
Ensure all Facilities related documentation is filed and inventoried properly at site
Walk through with the respective team (e.g. M&E, Housekeeping) to ensure the standard of facilities & premises.
Foresee issues and Pro Active measures taken in Facility, to Site Lead.
Make sure continuous follow up and ready to available. Assist to Manage and maintain OPS AIDE, EHS, Documents for records and make sure to available for audits.
Day-to-day Management to ensure the resigned staff returns their pass and key before signing their exit clearance. Ensure file copy is kept of the resigned staff's exit clearance.
Day-to-day Management to create alias for Facilities team new hire using the Headtrax system as and when required.
Comply with internal Facilities Policies and Procedures, as well as client policies, as it pertains to finance to avoid all ATFs, PO and PO extensions, etc. Request from vendor Ad-hoc quotation as and when required.
Make sure and timely submission of invoice from the vendor to the finance department & Update the GRR. Procurement of asset tagging up on delivery of MS assets.
Develop ownership and initiative to 100 % completion of assigned task. Continuous follow up and update the status to FM / OM. Whistle blower on matters not moving in a right direction.
