Our Retail Banking Group Sales team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati, Quezon City, Marikina, and Rizal with the role of Business Sales Manager.

In this role you will responsible for selling the different products and services of the Bank to clients across different segments. You will contribute to the over-all sales acquisition and customer service strategy of the Bank focused on the acquisition of New-to-Bank clients by selling all deposit products, Bancassurance and all types of loans and services.

  • What the role will entail
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets, including identifying new business opportunities.
  • Monitor competition and client behavior, adjusting strategies to maintain or exceed market position.
Foster strong client relationships and generate new business to boost deposit volume.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports to Sales Director/Area Sales Director, tracking personal performance.
Collaborate with other bank units to address client concerns and improve service.
  • Regularly review sales performance with the Area Sales Director, implementing process enhancements as needed.
  • What were looking for
Holder of a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, and proven experience in Sales or in a similar role in other industries. Banking experience is an advantage.
Ability to adapt to different markets and customer segments, and good Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a high pace environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,
  • 00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday
