Job Summary
- Supports the Business Center's volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products.
- Willing to be assigned in Panabo.
How will you contribute
- Assists the Business Relationship Manager in achieving sales goals.
- Prepares Monthly Sales Call Plans and Daily Sales Call Report to ensure that action plans, sales call results, client data, and other key information are properly recorded.
- Develops effective sales activities to help market retail banking products.
- Creates product awareness and promotes RCBC and YGC products and services to existing and prospective clients.

- At least a 4 year graduate with a degree in any business related program.
- Adept in Strategic Planning and Management; Financial Management
- Knowledge in risk management controls; Account management
- Working knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis, techniques/methods, banking policies and procedures, and knowledgeable with bank products and services.
