We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to join our team at Technosoft Philippines, a leading software (SaaS) provider for the automotive industry. As a BRM, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our customers and keeping all projects viable. You will communicate with our customers in a professional and courteous manner, as well as resolving customer issues and complaints, identify and grow existing clients portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's ongoing relationship with existing enterprise customers and contacts. Regularly meet customers and build rapport with client contacts and stakeholders
- Profile automotive (OEM, Dealerships)enterprise customers on a deep level and keep track of account history and development
- See to it that project and customer success factors are maintained and observed
- Work with the company's project & service delivery teams to ensure project and overall customer success. Processcustomer issues/concerns and resolve it with the help of internal team members
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by being the company's commercial and technical mitigator for existing clients.
- Collect client feedback, identify customer needs and ensure that communication lines are openly flowing
- Together with our Sales Director, develop and implement upsell strategies that will grow revenue from the customer base
- Proactively monitor license subscriptions due dates and ensuresubscriptions are renewed on time.
- Prepare sales quotations, pursue client's generation of purchase ordersand trigger creation of requiredagreements for renewals
- Facilitates timely collection for the company
- Drive customer case study and testimonials
Desired qualifications:
- Graduate of a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, IT/computer science
- Minimum of 5years of experience in Key Accounts Management (KAM)
- Exposedin both commercial and technicalKAM work
- Has handled solutions for Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP), Distribution Management System (DMS) and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for a software vendor and implementor (and not a client or end user)
- Best if with experienced in theautomotive industry, dealership environment or related project /customer-centric business
- Has grasp of software licensing models & familiar with projectservices costing/pricing
- An intermediate level English verbal and written communicator
- Good customer service, interpersonal & presentation skills
- Highly organized and thrives in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Has strong computer skills and have used CRM for documentation and activity tracking
