Job Description

Job Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any Business-related course
At least 1 year experience in administrative functions
  • At least 1 year experience in Business Quality and Compliance
  • Position Objective:
This position is responsible for providing support to the Business Quality team to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of reports and projects.
  • Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate data and validate findings from the following: Market Monitoring Tool, Early Warning System, Welcome Calls, Post Contest Review, Agent Portfolio Review, Mystery Shopping, Policy Replacement, Social media findings.
  • Coordinate findings with the team.
Release and monitor correspondence (e.g. Request to Explain) to the agency force.
  • Enhance existing processes to shorten turnaround time.
Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the supervisor to meet operational and/or other business requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,
  • 00 - Php22,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
* Day shift
