Role and Responsibilities
Set up new policy submissions in the company's ERP system
Prepare and review policy invoicing
Efficiently complete tasks required to bind insurance policies and endorsements
Quality control review of policy documents ensuring proper standards and procedures are
followed
Gain insurance industry knowledge
Maintain documents in accordance with company standards
Retrieve policy information and deliver it to agents, insurance companies, and internal em
ployees
Update agents, insurance companies, and internal employees regarding policy status
Resolve problems arising from agents, insurance companies, and internal employees
Open to process changes, developments, and improvements
Enhance the organization's reputation
