A. Job Summary
A Business Process Specialist acts as liaison between business units and BPG departments; completes business cases in support of projects; participates in or facilitates business process modeling and research efforts; and acts as a consultant and reviews all documents on project teams.
B. Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between BPG and business units by:
a. Opening and maintaining lines of communication to monitor and improve business unit satisfaction with BPG
b. Providing a single point of contact for business units into BPG and acts as a conduit between the two organizations.
c. Making recommendations for product enhancements
- Participate in business process modeling sessions, acting as a documentarian, co-facilitator, facilitator or subject matter expert in flow chart sessions.
- Conduct interviews and perform analysis to create business cases for projects.
- Conduct preliminary interview for all project requests. Review requirements, specifications, test, support and training plans to ensure they are in line with business objectives.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate leader.
C. Qualification
- Graduate of any 4-year business related course.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
