We are seeking a proactive and results-driven BPO Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within our BPO operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to meet the dynamic needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to BPO requirements.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
Candidate Sourcing:
Source potential candidates using job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Screening and Selection:
Conduct initial resume screenings and assess candidates suitability for open positions.
Schedule and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordination and Support:
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage feedback collection and facilitate decision-making.
Background Verification:
Conduct reference and background checks as per company guidelines.
Onboarding:
Support the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and ATS.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations.
