Overview:Your main role is to ensure that processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with the strategic goals of the company. This involves identifying and developing new processes, improving existing ones, and ensuring that changes are implemented successfully to achieve operational excellence.
Your main goal is to optimize processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve quality, and enhance customer satisfaction by analysing current processes, designing improvements, overseeing implementation, and monitoring outcomes to ensure continued effectiveness.
Map out all key processes specific to hotel operations and related departments by identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Design or re-engineer processes to enhance efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability. Implement these changes across various departments of the company.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for each process. Regularly monitor these KPIs and prepare reports for management on the effectiveness of implemented processes.
Lead projects related to process improvement, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the project goals. Coordinate with various departments for smooth execution.
Conduct training sessions for staff on new processes or updates to existing processes. Develop training materials that are easy to understand and applicable to daily operations.
Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, including hotel management, staff, and possibly guests, to gather feedback and explain process changes.
Ensure all processes comply with local laws and regulations, owning company standards, as well as industry standards. Manage audits and modify processes as needed to maintain compliance.
Continuously seek methods to improve existing processes using feedback and new technologies or methodologies. Stay updated with trends in hotel management and process optimization.
Evaluate and recommend technological solutions that can automate processes or enhance service delivery. Oversee the integration of new systems into existing workflows.
Develop quality standards for customer service and operational efficiency. Monitor adherence to these standards and adjust processes as needed to maintain high quality.
Define controls and measures in the business process design.
Conduct assessment and propose efficiency measures that will enable cost mitigation.
Conduct risk management assessment.
Proven working experience in business process designing and implementation.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Internal Auditing
At least 2-3 years of working experience as a Process Engineer/Designer
Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem identification and resolution skills.
Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Sound independent judgement.
