Company Background

On Country Management Services provides management, technical and business support services to the On Country Business Group and other clients. Our aim is to provide efficient and effective support to empower our Indigenous Partners to pursue opportunities to improve Business, Employment, Community, and Cultural outcomes with their communities.

Our team also has significant experience with Environmental Social Governance (ESG) and Sustainable Development in Australia and Southeast Asia. The business is expanding services in ESG to clients in Australia and Southeast Asia. This will include a range of industries such as agriculture, resources and renewables.

On Country Philippines Management Services Inc (OCPMS) head office is in Northern Mindinao and our team are based in various locations in the Philippines. The team provides services to our Australian business, clients and partners as well as clients in the Philippines.

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Manager with a strong technological background to join our team. This key role is focused on optimizing our company's processes through advanced process management and strategic oversight. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in strategic management, continuous process improvement, and a robust understanding of technological applications to enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and redesign existing business processes to improve speed, quality, efficiency, and output, using sophisticated software tools.
  • Utilize project management and planning software such as Asana, along with Microsoft Office Suite, to develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project documentation and process maps.
  • Employ Microsoft Teams for effective communication across departments, ensuring seamless integration of process improvements.
  • Use data analysis tools such as Power BI to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in business processes.
  • Design and implement process solutions that use software tools like Lucidchart or Visio for detailed process mapping and reengineering, aligning with strategic goals.
  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure process success and provide reports to management on these metrics.
  • Drive the adoption of technological solutions within the company to align process improvements with the company's strategic goals.
  • Train and mentor team members on new software tools and process changes to enhance their engagement and proficiency with technological solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on the innovation and progress of business processes, leveraging integrated software solutions to inform and engage senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in process management or strategic management, with a significant emphasis on technological integration and KPI development.
  • Proficient in using software tools such as Asana, Microsoft Office, Teams, Power BI, Lucidchart, and Visio for process management and improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes, develop effective solutions, and monitor and report on performance metrics.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven leadership skills with a commitment to driving results through effective process management and technological enhancement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Process Improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean), with a strong focus on leveraging technology.
  • Experience in business process and systems to ensure exceptional customer service, especially where technology is a critical component of business operations.
