Job responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Business Process Manager to develop and maintain robust systems and processes aimed at optimizing organizational efficiency and effectiveness
Assist in the regular review of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and contribute to implementing necessary changes- Support efforts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards by assisting in monitoring and updating internal controls as needed
Conduct regular tracking of task targets alongside the Business Process Manager to assess compliance, timeliness, and mitigate potential issues
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders under the guidance of the Business Process Manager to address any delays and issues and contribute to implementing corrective actions in a timely manner
Assist in establishing and maintaining high standards for customer service delivery across all departments- Aid in monitoring customer feedback and satisfaction levels alongside the Business Process Manager to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines
