Job Description:

As a Business Process and Reporting Analyst, you'll lead the charge in optimizing workflows, creating actionable insights, and driving impactful change. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze processes, craft SOPs, and develop robust reporting systems, ensuring compliance and efficiency at every step.

• Conduct interviews to understand current workflows and challenges.
  
• Identify key tools, approvals, and handoffs in processes.
  
• Document challenges and improvement areas, reviewing KPIs and compliance.
  

• Create step-by-step SOPs and detailed workflow diagrams.
  
• Align documentation with industry best practices for clarity and accuracy.
  

• Share and refine SOPs with stakeholders for feedback.
  
• Revise documentation to ensure implementability and completeness.
  

• Collaborate with the sales team for process rollouts and training.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulations in finalized workflows.
  

• Develop reports on key metrics and analyze data for trends.
  
• Build dashboards and presentations for strategic decision-making.
  

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  
• Minimum of 2 years experience in business process analysis or operational reporting.
  
• Proven expertise in documenting finance and accounting processes.
  
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or similar data analysis tools.
  
• Strong skills in communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination.
  
• Experience in sales or enterprise environments is an advantage.
  
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Willingness to work on a project-based employment for 2 months.
