The
Restaurant Systems Officer leads and manages projects for process improvements focusing on the systems for the store operations team.
- Conducts decision analysis and recommends cost-effective and efficient projects for discovery, development, and deployment.
Leads and monitors projects, overall deployment roll-out, and performance.- Conducts training on operations and support teams for the execution of the project.
Collaborates with Operations Team, and other Support teams for the overall qualification plan and schedule.
- Reviews existing process and system and introduce improvement, corrective and preventive actions
Graduate of a degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
Strong background in Business Process Mapping, Analysis, Improvement, and Implementation.- Strong experience in shaping and driving engagements and ability to lead project teams.
